Kind of seems like it should be the opposite way around, being Arty was the one from a poor family who probably wouldn't know how digital camera's work (Hell there was one episode where she kept botching the lyrics to popular children's rhymes) Where as Wally comes from a Middle Class family, and therefore would be perfectly familiar with digital cameras and how they work.
